If I could give this place zero stars I would, because even 1 star is undeserving. I brought in a clear reference photo of a sleek long bob and left with choppy, uneven layers, unrequested bangs, and heavy face-framing layers that looked nothing like what I asked for. When I calmly raised my concerns, I was called a liar and accused of trying to ruin the stylist’s life and even of destroying my own hair to blame the salon. That level of defensiveness and hostility toward a client is completely unacceptable. The haircut was disappointing, and the way it was handled was even worse.

Terrible business takes zero accountability for their actions and mistakes. treats customers poorly and would recommend never going to this place. has hair stylist that thinks she can talk and yell at people however she wants, very unprofessional.

Oneyda is the best stylist. I got a color and keratine treatment that changed my life. I went to Mexico in the heat and my hair looked as beautiful as the day it was done. It is so easy to straighten now. I can’t say enough good things !!!

Its an okay place local mom pop shop! I went three times with three different stylist's all of them did a basic job - clean up hair length and blow dry straight that's it. I could achieve same look with a hair straightner at home no need to go to a salon and pay $65 for basic cut and blow dry! They use scissors only for hair cuts which is very old style...my hair cut was halted twice as the stylist went to the front counter to greet other people walking in and she was talking on her phone and chatting with other stylists...bottom line very rude as a customer paying $65 I don't need this kind of service. Please go to a good salon if you need a good cut and blow dry. Fabiana and Nina both are below average stylists! They will give you same cut as their own which is old style!
