Bella Donna Salon

Made an appointment for today and when I arrive the salon is closed. I called and she assured me she was heading there and would be there by 2:30! Waited u til 2:40 and no one ever showed up. Glad she didn’t went to 7 west and the girl was friendly and excellent . By the way when I was done getting my hair done there was still nobody there. If she wasn’t going to make it she shouldn’t have made me the appointment in the first place and if something happened could have called a reschedule for another day. I drove all the way from Marienville so wasn’t leaving the area without a haircut.

I'm very disappointed and upset. I scheduled an appointment over a week in advance for my son's first haircut, on his very first birthday I was recommended to go here. I got there 15 minutes before the appointment and waited almost 20 minutes after the appointment they never showed up. 27 hours later I called to find out what happened when this woman had my number and could have called to cancel and she stated that she didn't have her phone and she was at a Kesha concert and didn't get home till 4:00 a.m. okay I'm sorry but I'm not sure what a concert has to do with running a business? There is no excuse for no call no show and for me to not even hear from this person for almost 30 hours is absolutely insane and I had to call to find out what happened. As a business owner I am disappointed

She did an amazing job with my hair! She was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. Would highly recommend and I will definitely be going back to her again!!!

Joanne is a hoot. First, she gave me her best shot at directions from around the block. Then she opened the salon back up just for me. My haircut was just a buzz, but she took her time even after hours to make sure every hair was cut just right. We talked non-stop the entire time I was there. I'm looking forward to going back there.
