I just cannot express how happy I am right now. Joelle is absolutely amazing. I was surprised even she (because I already knew how amazing she was from reading all these reviews) could make my nails look so beautiful. She never insulted my nails. Only one other nail tech has ever not. From working factory my nails were so broken and brittle. My cuticles were cracked and just gross looking. She never tried pushing me putting tips on and just went to work with what little nails I have. She has definitely earned a life long customer!

Susan cut my hair exactly the way I wanted it. She looked at the photo I brought in, and the next thing I knew, I had the perfect haircut. No wait time, and she didn't rush her work on me to get to somebody else. I'd give her 10 stars if I could.

The customer service is amazing !! Bella Donna's staff is very kind and accommodating.They do get very busy so you can't wait until the last minute to schedule , they will try their best to get you in as soon as possible . I have been going there for many many years and have always been very pleased with the service I have received.
