I used to come to Bella derma a lot last year and never had a problem. All the staff was very friendly and Caroline at the front desk was always very communicative and understanding. I purchased a Groupon and made an appointment to do another six laser sessions and I explicitly told them on the phone when making the appointment and when rescheduling that I was using a Groupon and never once did, it occurr to them to tell me that I wasn't eligible to use a Groupon. It wasn't until I came into my appointment today and was told in person that they won't honor it wasting my time and gas to come to this appointment.
