Got my nails done Saturday evening & today is only Tuesday 🤣 lol& I even kept my nails longer in the in dryer. The acrylic already broke off on one of my nails. The tech confirmed she was going to fix them & then cancelled 2 hours before the time she said she was available. $10?? Is a partial refund for 5 nails that’s messed up? Yes I’m sure this situation is very unfortunate since charms started falling off the same day I got my set done.

An amazing experience from start to finish. I love all my lash sets ! The staff is incredibly sweet, and the place is beautiful and comfortable. Reina is so sweet 🥹🩷!

i always go here and leave feeling so beautiful. the owner is so attentive and very well informed on her craft. she is a woman of many talents and this business is curated to take care of all your beauty needs.

the girls there are so lovely and nice but im just disappointed with the work ALL my fingers (cuticles) except one were bruised, swollen, bleeding, scarred, and sore. my fingers wont stop shaking and everytime it is rubbed against in the slightest way, its a harsh pain. i know its not life threatening but if im paying $130 for a service, i expect nothing less than the bare minimum. my nails turned out nothing like the reference photo in many aspects; design, color, shape, size, etc. it was SO underwhelming especially for the price. the nail itself started chipping day 2, i do no heavy work for that to happen. the whole bit of a side had chipped off. rhinestones also started to fall off day 2 these nails were supposed to be for a really big day and photoshoot. ive seen many good reviews

not only the MOST professional but one of my favorite experiences was getting serviced by Reina ! ☺️the sweetest business owner I’ve came across when it comes to the the lash/makeup industry. She makes sure you like your service & if not she makes sure to accommodate you! I’ve been doing my lashes & makeup with her since 2020 & it’s so lovely seeing her bloom ! Honestly it’s really hard to try to find a con about this business..someone would really had to be digging. And there’s nothing to do dig into. Because unlike other businesses, this business always makes sure to take accountability and own up to their actions. Which is why I love it here ! ☺️
