Bella Capelli Salon

Unfortunately I had some pretty compromised/overprocessed hair from another salon--alot of breakage, brittle/ dry....I needed to get this somewhat fixed and being new to the area this is a daunting task! Well Emma M....took on this task and exceeded my expectations! We talked throughly about my goals...cutting/low & highlighrs...she listened well and had some great ideas that would help me get back to halfway liking my hair. I can honestly say I am extremely happy with the outcome. My hair feels fabulous, love the cut/color...I highly recommend Bella Capelli and especially Emma M!

I love this place! Always consistent with everything! I love Hannah and her skills and work ethic!!! Thank you so much Hannah!!! She is very lovely and very knowledgeable and skilled and awesome at what she does. She fixed my hair and I am so excited to show it off!! My kid had gotten a haircut elsewhere and all they did was cut it straight and not even attempt to shape it. But Hannah worked her magic and fixed my kids hair ❤️❤️❤️ my kid was so excited and happy! Every time I go in to get my hair done I feel so much better. Emily always takes care of me and always give me a confidence boost. I have never been unsatisfied.

One of the women mixing colors up for hair in the back was talking trash very loudly about her own customers and other people who were not relevant in the workplace. It seemed very unprofessional to me and I didn’t appreciate her blatant racism and homophobia. It’s time to leave ur personal opinions about our changing world at home and not bring them to the workplace. I will not be returning. To be a middle aged woman and still hating on the young women of the next generation is unforgivable to me. Grow up.

Bella Capelli is such an amazing salon. I moved to Augusta 2 years ago and this is the first salon I went to and it has been so incredible that I won't go anywhere else. All of the staff is very kind and the vibe is very welcoming. I have been about 4 times now and Emma has done my haircut and style every time - she's incredible!!! I would come 6+ months apart yet she always remembered my last style and the life stories we chatted about. My dry cut and style is extremely affordable, yet I always get the full salon experience. I have never left a salon genuinely enjoying the result before I came here.
