I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I asked for a newer style - thicker eyeliner tattooed above the lash line, with the ends extending slightly above the corners. I showed Heather a sample photo and was assured she is experienced and confident in this style. The final result looks nothing like the photo I provided. Instead of creating a thicker line above the lashes as requested, she simply re-traced my existing lash line. The ends are also uneven - one eye is curled upward, while the other is a straight line that extends much longer and lower. The overall result is inconsistent and poorly executed. When I contacted her about my concerns, she canceled the follow-up appointment where she was supposed to assess the work. After that, my messages were ignored. When I addressed this

I absolutely love Bella Body and Soul Spa! I went to Bella’s for five years when I lived in Bellingham, and it truly became my go-to place for everything. I started out doing the D-Light treatments—an absolute lifesaver in the PNW, where sunshine only shows up for about three months of the year! Every service I received was outstanding. The entire staff was incredible—professional, kind, and so easy to work with. Whether I was getting a massage, Botox, or even having my hair done, I always left feeling refreshed, pampered, and totally taken care of. I had a beautiful Lash Lift and Tint by Peyton and was able to sneak in for some D-Light Therapy tanning~ Which felt amazing 👏 My sister also received a facial and left with a beautiful glow!!
