Quality items, Amazing Staff, Very Friendly environment. I was assisted by a wonderful young lady named Jenny who went above and beyond in helping me figure out what I needed for my hair growth journey. She was knowledgeable about varies products and the pros and cons to each product which ultimately helped me in deciding which product was best for me. The owner, Joy, was also very pleasant and made me feel welcome which is very uncommon now-a-days. I will be suggesting any and everyone to get their products from Bella Beauty. This is a beautiful place they always welcome. Their customers always willing to help is close to home. The owners are very nice and today most people appreciate that and they always have everything that I need. Thank you. Bella place for being so great in our community.

This store can meet your general haircare needs. The options are somewhat limited if you are looking for colors or exotic styles. Most of their stock seems to come in colors 1 to 4. The customer service is decent the staff is friendly and helpful where they can be. And no one is constantly standing over your shoulder for a purchase.

This was my first time visiting this store, as there are no beauty supply stores near 86th/Zionsville. . . The staff was nice and helpful! They had all of the items I wanted and was thinking about getting. . . CON: I wish the aisles were wider, but I assume they have their reasoning for that.

I wish I had gone somewhere else. This was my first and definitely my last time shopping with them. They are extremely rude and talk down on people. They seem to have nice stuffs, but because of all the attitude I didn't want to spent another second in that shop. I do not recommend shopping with them at all. They are also expensive.
