I called this salon and asked if they had availability to take down my box braids. Over the phone I was told the price would be $40 and up. Once there, before she began, the lady said it would be $50. When they were almost finished, she asked for payment. I gave her $100 bill and the other lady gave me $40 change. I ask the lady who told me $50 and she looked me in the eye and lied! She said she told me $60. I’ll never go back. Let me tip if I want…don’t upcharge after a quoted price. Never again…shady practices in my opinion.

Have been going to bella for over 10 years and I’ve never been dissatisfied with her work. She does excellent work. Bella is the only person that braids my hair.

A young lady started my hair and it was ugly and i made her take it down. Then a older lady did my singalese twist. It was a bad experience. I over paid her accidently because i had money stashed on me and ended up giving her and extra $30. I texted her about and she lied about and i showed her my atm slip from when i stopped to get the money before i got there. She can't be trusted ff.

Never going back here again. I've gotten my hair done 3 times from Bellas. Usually the young woman with the short fro like natural hair does my braids. I cannot remember her name. There is also another lady who is also fast and efficient and on the younger side. She is very good and neat. This time there was only an older lady with African attire on in the shop. Never seen her just assumed she was the owner and was the only one in. It took her from 2pm to 7:15 to do simple braids. My hair was previously shaved on one side. It's enough hair on that side to have it braided though. She tried to leave my hair with the 2 braids on that side hal done and slap some sort of hair product on it to make it stay down. I had feed in braids done into a pony tail which cost $120. There was only about 10
