I’m writing to express my disappointment with the service I received. I called over three times to purchase a gift card for my mother’s birthday, but no one returned my calls until a week later. Unfortunately, I was at work when the call finally came through, and I missed it. The voicemail I received asked me to call back the next day at 2:00 p.m., which I did—but once again, no one answered. As a result of this ongoing lack of communication and unprofessionalism, I was unable to get the gift card in time for my mom’s birthday. This experience was both frustrating and disappointing. Due to this, we will no longer be doing business with your spa.

Julie was so accommodating. I was lucky to get a cancellation and got in the next day. I read they had a hard time calling back. I did not experience that at all. If the phone rings while with a customer, they don’t answer it, the customer there comes first. With the times as they are, they are small business watching expenses. One of the best pedicures I have had. Loved the Banter with customers. I will be back for sure! Clean with great massage chairs! Love it.

Julie gives the most amazing massage. She is very attentive to your needs. One of the best I've ever received. I would recommend her 100%. She also does a great gel manicure. And she's a delightful young woman.

I’ve seen Belkis since I was a child, and several of my family members are also clients of her’s. I drive an hour for a monthly manicure and pedicure at this salon because Belkis is simply the best. I trust her to always have a clean shop, and she has helped me so much with ingrown toenails over the years.

I’ve been a client of both Belkis for pedicures and Julie for massage for many years. I wouldn’t even consider going elsewhere for these services. Both ladies are professional, friendly and accommodating. Wonderful salon!
