Myself and my 2 daughters have been going here for over 10 years. The two owners are sisters. My daughters have gone more, it was my daughters HS graduation yesterday and she had a hair appointment at 12:00pm, I made a mistake and told my daughter 12:30pm, the owner called and my daughter rushed over, my daughter called me 30 minutes later sobbing in a parking lot as the owner who did her hair let her leave with her hair blew in the front and left it wet in the back and said she couldn't finish her hair, charged her $40 dollars and did not care about what she did to my daughter. She slotted 30 minutes for her hair and would not let her next client wait an extra 10-15 minutes. We have waited over half hour at times for our appointments at times. First time at Beleza Salon, after relocating to the area. Christina did a wonderful job, she has a great instinct on hair coloring and cut my hair exactly the way I asked. The cost was reasonable, the shop was clean, and I enjoyed the music. I look forward to becoming a regular client.

I thought considering the good reviews that i would be happy with the place. absolutely false. i go in to cut my hair and get layers. at first i was in love with it cuz she curled my hair so i wasnt able to really see that much but the length. once i straightened i cried for 2 days straight.absolutely disgusting. my 7 year old cousin could cut layers better than that. one was short one was long and there was also what seemed like a top very short layer of hair and then the rest is a good 3 inches longer. went to get my money back only to get into an argument. i need to go to a new salon now and fix it. i should be able to get a full refund to pay me back for what my hair has turned into. instead i only get half of my money. very disgusted with this place definitely do not recommend going h

AS USUAL, Jess always does a fantastic job! ultimately fulfilled with joy and a pleasure to work with !!!!!!! I always leave satisfied with the outcome of my hair ^,^ ....&I lives 45 min away and this is the only place I will drive all the way to get my hair done -- JC
