Belen Nails

I called to get a nail fixed due to my wedding being on Saturday. They were kind and stayed open for me since I got off work at 5pm. I got there and asked if they could just replace the full nail. She did not do what was asked. Instead a sloppy job was done to try to fix my nail. It is shorter than all the rest, not shaped correctly, and the gel polish she put on top did not cover the whole nail, she missed a majority of it, she did not even line up the white with the previous white from the broken nail, it’s noticeably crooked, and it is not smooth at all.. I’m very disappointed and now have to get married with messed up and Uneven nails..

I love going here the service is great and they do a really good job. I go to Lee most of the time and I’m always pleased!

I wish I could give a worse review than 1 star 🌟 firstly no one should ever assume THEY KNOW how YOU want your nails! Ask! Secondly you can not fix taking off or over filing someone’s natural nails especially when you file them the wrong shape. Lastly, if you are repeatedly asked to stop filing please stop filing. You made the error, you should take accountability and if you can’t do something right don’t do it and don’t charge anyone for your mishaps!

My husband is diabetic and she gave him the best pedicure he's ever had. Amazing job!
