Moved to Reading, PA 6 years ago. I have been going here since day one. Its run by a Hispanic woman named Indiana. Her hands are God sent! She does not speak English but has coworkers that translate. Her colors are flawless. Prices are super affordable. It is a unisex salon that triples as a barber shop, hair salon, and nail salon. The ambience is friendly and welcoming. Walking are welcome and encouraged.

I would give ZERO stars if allowed. I'm sure her nail skills are amazing, but customer service is trash! I walked in sometime in September to get my nails done. I was told by the lady at the register/counter that the nail tech does not speak English. Ok....no problem. The lady at the counter then asked the nail tech when her next appt was. She told her in Spanish Oct 6. I understand some Spanish. She also said she was busy that day and couldn't do my nails.......even though there was no one waiting and she had no one in her chair. I asked if I could wait, and was told no because her next appt was coming. I then said the date she had next wouldn't work and I would call since I didn't have my calender. I was told that it was ok to call and schedule and was given the phone number. I called a

This place was terrible! I will never go again. When I walked in they said I didn’t need an appointment, then they proceeded with my hair after I asked for a layered cut and black dye. Didn’t cut my hair AT ALL ! Not even an end trimming. Then I asked for highlights and they said no… so I didn’t get what I asked for there. Then I asked for a doobie and they said that they didn’t have the stuff to even do that for me! Then they had a huge machine for apple pay that didn’t even work! Nor did they take card! I legit had to cashapp them my payment. I still tipped them because I’m nice and clearly they need the money but the services was terrible! They didn’t accomodate me AT ALL as a paying customer and i waited for hours for just a basic black dye and blow out. Ridiculous and a waste of time
