This is Maria and I’m using my husband account to make this review since he also spoke directly to your really disrespectful receptionist today. I am 30 years old and I have been going to this place for years to get my eyebrows done. I really like the woman who does them for me, and I usually tip her pretty well, and I spend up to $40 each time I’m here. I’ve been loyal and have never used another place. However, after the service I received on the phone today, I will not be going back here. I made an appointment today over the phone by calling for 2:15. As I was on my way, I realized I forgot my credit card and I called to ask if they took cash and the lady over the phone at the reception office told me they did. It was my first time ever getting a facial and the workers were all very nice and friendly and walked me through entirely everything they were going to do to me. Very comfortable the entire time and my face is all clean now. I would recommend this place to anyone male or female in the sammamish area.

My first experience at Bel Viso was a 10/10! The salon is gorgeous, the staff is super friendly, and my masseuse, Mitra, was phenomenal. Will definitely be visiting again!

Rubeye is amazing! Very knowledgeable and gave me the right treatment for my hyperpigmentation. I can really see the difference—so happy with the results!

I was greeted by Sally who made me feel welcome. I went in to have Deep Tissue Massage and Shanna did an amazing job. I haven’t had a massage for at easy 3 years and I needs it. I’ve already scheduled my next appointment.
