Went here as a gift for birthday for my first massage and everything was amazing ! I also know people who go to Lauren regularly and they also highly recommend her. Not only was the massage great but she put me at ease very quickly and I was able to relax, which I feel is super important in a setting like this.

Lauren is wonderful. She's quiet, kind, and attentive. She asks where your problem areas are and focuses there. She's not afraid to ask if you'd like to try something different. She offered cupping for me and I feel it made a bit of a difference in the massage. If you've decided to have a quiet day, then she'll just do her job and let you be. If you want to chat, she'll chat. Highly recommend.

What's funny is I was searching for another massage therapist when I found Lauren, and I'm so glad I did! She patiently listened to all of my concerns and I could tell as soon as she began that Lauren is very skilled. I feel better after one session and look forward to making steady improvement with future sessions.

Lauren was amazing. I was referred to her by a coworker and I think she's stuck with me. The office is very nice and she puts you at ease.

I have been going every 4 weeks for a little over a year now. I have a lot less back, neck and shoulder problems since I have been going and it's great to not be in pain.
