Being U Lash Art

As someone with monolids, eyelash extensions are always hit or miss for me. Not a lot of people know how to work on them, and certain lash styles don't always look good on me:(. But this place is so amazing! I found them on Groupon and decided to give them a try and im glad I did, I showed a wispy foxy inspo pic since they look great on monolids and my lash test absolutely killed it and bought my inspo to life. They really make my monolids look bigger. I will definitely be back for a refill in 2 weeks!

I found this place on Groupon and booked a wispy set. I was told to pay the Groupon price upfront, which was fine, but wasn’t informed about a $10 minimum tip until after the service. The lashes didn’t match the picture I showed and looked like they were weeks old. I called and they agreed to fix it, but I live 2 hours away and had to reschedule twice. When I finally went back, they filled the sparse spots, but my lashes still looked uneven. I didn’t get the result I wanted and I was charged a tip again. Sadly, I don’t think they know how to work with different eye shapes, especially for people of color. Very disappointed. I have attached a picture of the inspo I showed them vs what I received

Total lack of professional ethics. I requested a 1:1 lash application with my own lashes, but they gave me a 1:2 set without asking. When I asked for a removal, they didn't clean the remover properly, causing it to turn white and stick to my eyes. The most frustrating part? No apology was ever given. They don't listen to clients and they don't take responsibility for their mistakes.

This place is unbelievable and I don’t mean it in a good way. I tried giving this place a chance but nope! You should go somewhere else. I’ve been here twice and BOTH times I was told to come in a certain time and the place is empty. They need to be more professional and realize that they are wasting a customers time! Lash work is a 2/5 to say the least.
