beem® Light Sauna Vancouver - Grand Central

My experience was even better than I had hoped! I have painful joints and muscles from age, having a desk job, and playing tennis, so thought I'd give this a try. Not only did the infrared sauna improve my painful joints and muscles, it's so peaceful and relaxing. Each sauna is in it's own private room so it's quiet and you are never disturbed. You can also set the temperature that you like best. It's super clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I now go weekly to recover from my busy week at work and tennis. My body feels so much better when I do.

I have been coming to beem since they opened and it has been such a great experience. The staff is welcoming and friendly always going above and beyond every time I come in for my red light and sauna. Sabrina is exceptional and always makes sure I have everything I need before I start my sessions. She is personal and extra caring with every single person I see her interact with.

I've been going to the saunas here for a few months. Feels great as a recovery from workouts or anything that is sore. Also great way to warm up. The staff are great as well. Shout out to Curt, Sabrina, Hannah, Sarah!

Beem Sauna is my new favorite spot! The space is super clean, calming, and just what I need to reset. Sabrina is the best—so kind, attentive, and really makes the whole experience amazing. You can tell she cares about every detail.

I started going this year and love it. The facilities are very clean and the staff is knowledgeable and kind. It’s been great for my hormonal acne and plantar fasciitis. I highly recommend!
