I had an amazing experience at Beem! They hosted my bridal party for a wonderful morning of mimosas and sauna sessions. The staff was incredibly kind and knowledgeable, taking the time to guide each of us on how to best use the sauna based on our individual preferences. I would highly recommend checking them out for a relaxing and special group experience.

Beem was amazing! We went during our friends bachelorette and it was such a treat! The beem team was amazing, they were so helpful in getting us all set up and were so attentive. The actual sauna experience was fantastic, I got to watch some Netflix while I detoxed from all of our bachelorette fun. We all left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. I would highly recommend beem to anyone looking for a little reset!

Unbelievable experience. I cannot remember the woman who set up the appointment by phone but she was really nice. When we arrived we met Emily. She was the absolute best. Very courteous and professional. They even set the temperature very high for me per request prior to arriving. The facility was immaculate. One of the cleanest sauna studios I’ve ever experienced. We’re here for a short trip but are already working another session into our schedule. HIGHLY recommended Beem. Thank you.

The saunas were gorgeous, easy to use, and very relaxing. Absolutely would recommend other bridal parties - or anyone looking for some rest and relaxation - make an appointment!

Beem is such a beautiful, peaceful space — the whole experience feels truly elevated from the moment you walk in. Every session helps me noticeably lower my stress, support detox, and take real care of my nervous system. The red light therapy feels incredibly renewing, like it’s working on a cellular level. It’s been the perfect complement to the HIIT and strength training I do, helping my body recover and stay balanced. Highly recommend if you’re looking for both physical and mental restoration.
