beem® Light Sauna - RiNo

I took my friend who was visiting from out of town to Beem light sauna Rino as a fun outing and we absolutely loved it! This was truly a sensory experience. The studio smells incredible and is visually beautiful. They have such a fun retail area where we picked out facial masks to put on during our session. The social sauna was such a unique, cozy experience that left us feeling amazing, but at the same time we were able to still spend our time together catching up on life. The rooms are a generous size so we weren’t crowded and the cooling mint towels were the best, so refreshing afterwards. Had a wonderful experience at Beem! The staff is so nice and helpful and guide you through the red light therapy and infrared sauna process. The experience itself was relaxing and quite beneficial. Amazing after a post workout session! Will 100% be coming back. (Dani, one of the staff members, was so helpful and kind! Amazing customer service.)

New to red light saunas but this studio did a great job at educating me and guiding me through using the saunas! Very clean and bright vibe! I got to meet one of the owners while I visited and he was very welcoming and kind! Highly recommend everyone try this place out.

Took my wife and 19 year old daughter to Beem. Awesome place! Did inferred sauna and red light. Love the sweat!! Very clean and welcoming staff. Love the cooling mint towels. Will be back!

I was always curious about red light therapy and Beem was a wonderful experience. Natalie was so knowledgeable and helpful about my questions. The place is also super aesthetic and clean! I’m definitely coming back here to try out the sauna!
