Such an amazing place!! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about what they offer. The spa atmosphere with all the benefits of red light therapy and the sauna was exceptional. I’m excited to join and frequent The Beem!

My husband and myself have been members since Beem South Lubbock first opened. We have really enjoyed the way it makes us feel and I can say my skin feels great! The owners Amber and Greg are very helpful and they have a very friendly staff. The facility is very nice and clean with state of the art Infrared Sauna's and Red Light Therapy panels.

This place is AMAZING! Truth be told, the sauna is my favorite part of working out. However, I work in health care, so I am conscientious about infection control. I also prefer a meditative, quiet environment versus a social sauna. While BEEM has both solo and social saunas, the solo sauna has been a game changer for me already. When you enter the business, the environment and staff are welcoming. The solo sauna is spacious, clean, and luxurious. It is the only 45 minutes of my day that noise is eliminated and my mind can be free. I have easily been able to coordinate use of this sauna space with my workout schedule. So excited to have beem in Lubbock! got a founding membership and so far I am very impressed with everything. Everyone has been so nice and helpful in learning how everything works. The rooms, saunas, and the whole facility are very clean. I have been in a few times already and every experience has been great!

I loved my red light and sauna experience. It was a beautiful dose of self care. I felt calm, relaxed and peaceful afterwards and had a good night’s sleep as well!
