beem® Light Sauna - Glastonbury

I absolutely adore Beem Light Sauna! The rooms are always spotless, and the staff is incredibly helpful. Last week, I had an unexpected incident when someone mistakenly used my room to shower before my appointment. The staff acted swiftly to rectify the situation, cleaning the room immediately and giving me extra time to use the room for the full 60 minutes. To top it off, they even offered me a complimentary red light sauna shower experience. I couldn’t be more pleased with their exceptional service!

Really loved my first experience with using a sauna as it was my first time. The first time that I went I ended up joining the monthly membership and the two ladies that were there were really nice. I went back last night on Monday 2/9 and was not too fond of the person working the evening shift. She seemed a little annoyed when asking for assistance. Other than that I will continue to keep going as I do like the experience

Beem light sauna is a beautiful clean relaxing space. I got started with my infared sauna and red light therapy here and highly recommend! If I lived closer I would be there more. Don’t wait to try this place out. My husband also joined me with the social sauna and we loved it!

I’ve been to Beem sauna a couple months now. I love it. It’ll change your day I leave relaxed and find I’m sleeping much better. If you’re feeling stressed with life it’s a game changer. Do it!!!

New member. Bought unlimited. Going several times a week. Front desk staff are great. I am enjoying it more as a de-stress reliever. Some focused quiet time that may have health benefits. Give it a try!
