beem® Light Sauna - Bountiful

Pure relaxation in a clean and stunning space, don’t wait just go try it out. Reed was so kind he gave me an introduction to the sauna. The prices/deals are good and totally worth this experience. A nice thing was a cold mint infused towel included with the session. I left feeling incredible!

I absolutely love this place! The infrared sauna and red light therapy are amazing. Every time I go, I leave feeling so much better than when I walked in. My skin glows, my body feels refreshed, and I always notice such a positive boost in my mood and energy. Highly recommend to anyone looking for true self-care and wellness!

Such a great experience, friendly staff, with all the information you need about the experience. Everything is nice and clean with a clam environment. I highly recommend Beem light spa, light therapy, and sauna. It helps with the stress, and cleanses, refreshes and renews your skin.

I tried to find an area on the website to enter my gift card information but there is only a space for payment with credit/debit cards as far as I can tell. I called the Bountiful location to set an appointment with said gift card, and they said they do walk-ins only. Well, when I attempted to walk in, the door was locked with no visible reason for a change in hours and no employee seemed to be there. So, as much as I'd like to say I have experience with Beem's services, there have been no opportunities. ***Update: they have a long lunch in the middle of the day from 1-4 right now, so schedule outside that window. But once I talked to Reed, I was set up for an appointment. The appointment was a nice relaxing experience with friendly staff.

Amazing location, easy access and plenty of parking. The saunas and red light rooms are always clean and heated up and ready to go when I get in. By the time I get to the end of the session I feel like I just walked out of the shower drenched. Definitely effective and enjoy the effects and health benefits throughout the day.
