beem® Light Sauna - Atlanta Glenwood

I LOVE this place. I look forward to it all week. The saunas feel luxurious and clean. I sit in there, watching the provided iPad and relax. The shower is awesome and the customer service is great. I get the best sleep on the days I go! I did have a really weird experience recently, but as soon as I alerted the owner to it, she more than made up for it! I highly recommend! I’m very grateful this place exists.

Their hours say open, but it's not open. Recently saw they were trying to sell the biz online. Looks like they're not doing well. I've tried to cancel my membership but they won't ever respond. So I had to run through my credit card. Too bad, was hoping they could have stuck around.

Awesome space! I had the $99/monthly deal with so many visits I don’t think I ever took advantage of them all for the month. The place is clean, great mood lighting in each booth. Once you know your temperature they will have it set for each appt. Friendly staff. Shower is available if you ask and reserve it. I did the red light therapy once, it’s just not for me but people seem to like it. They provide goggles but that red light is bright as heck. Be sure to take a friend like I did several times and have great conversation in the larger booths. That booth has a shower stall inside the room. Mood music, podcast or whatever you’d like to listen to is available on iPads with the speakers inside the booths. Infared sauna therapy is the way to go and always makes me feel relaxed.

The staff here are very kind and welcoming, which I truly appreciated. However, I had a very uncomfortable experience during my sauna session after a hike when I booked via ClassPass. The walls are extremely thin, and I could very clearly hear a man loudly “pleasuring” himself in a nearby room. I was so embarrassed that I didn’t say anything at the time, but eventually mentioned it to the front desk. To my surprise, she told me management was already aware of this happening. This makes me feel like it’s a recurring issue that isn’t being taken seriously. It’s disappointing because the space has potential, but I wasn’t able to relax or enjoy my visit. I really hope the management addresses this so others don’t have to go through the same awkward and uncomfortable experience.

I absolutely LOVED my experience at beem! The studio was so clean and beautiful and the staff were friendly and informative. The sauna rooms themselves were so cute! I loved being able to relax and unwind in this space. Thank you beem for an amazing session!
