The space was nice, but the rental management company is awful. I scheduled a viewing and applied the same day, after being told there were no applicants. 30 minutes later I got told I was second in line after being told there were no applicants. it was no big deal, i guess they got there first. Then they call me and say hey, the other people didn’t do what they needed to do so your cosigner needs to fill out another application. She signed it, is well qualified, and they ended up leasing to the other person after I waited 5 days for them to make a decision, which they did not. Disappointing management company, and shady practices.
