Please do not book this service! Extremely poor customer service I was gifted a massage to this place that was purchased on Groupon. I booked an appointment online which is required and my appointment was canceled 3x with no prior notice all with 1hr of my appointment. I texted the number to let them massage therapist (Nakeena) know it was such an inconvenience because I’ve been taking time off work to attend the appointments that keep getting canceled. She responds by calling me introducing herself and then going into a rage and outburst about her father having cancer and if I have a problem with the cancellations I get the little money from Groupon back and then immediately disconnected the call. Very unprofessional very rude and highly disgruntled please take your money elsewhere no one
