Amanda was incredible! She understood my issues with aging and cancer. She gave me great advice, without pressuring me. She was gentle and took her time. She made me feel look and feel amazing!!

this review is absolutely no reflection on the stylist I had been using, but on the salon itself. I walked in today for my 2pm appointment that apparently was not on the books. I was absolutely nowhere on the books and my stylist had moved to a different state a week ago. I told her I booked 3 months ago at my last apt (IDK the exact date I was there. it was roughly 3 months) and I had an apt card that the receptionist gave to me. she tells me "we don't even book that far out." You absolutely do. because I was and was given a card. I believe it was the salon owner I was speaking to and I tried telling her multiple times that i wasn't going to use anyone else there. due to personal reasons, I'm not comfortable with anyone else. it has nothing to do with the other stylists. that part is com

I was so pleased with the care and concern Kimberly showed in my service. I want to lighten my hair but it's somewhat damaged. She took precautions to not cause damage and explain how we move forward. I'm thrilled I found her. What a gem!
