I have been a loyal client of this salon for many years, dating back to when it was located in Coral Springs. I am incredibly satisfied with the professionalism and quality of service I receive here. Both Camila and Mariana are top-tier professionals who consistently deliver outstanding results. While there were a few occasions when the gel polish product used for my manicure and pedicure did not meet my expectations in terms of durability, the team quickly addressed the issue. After those three instances, they made sure to avoid using that lower-quality product on me. This level of attentiveness and willingness to adapt speaks volumes about their commitment to client satisfaction. In my 24+ years living in the area, I have never come across better professionals than Camila and Mariana.

Made an appointment for a refill and gel mani and pedi. When I arrived I realized there was a language barrier and was told no one was available to do my pedi. I was 10 minutes late to my appointment and communicted i was running a few mins behind. I arrived ay 9:10am and left around 11am. A little too long for just my hands. I was dissapointed since I have to plan far ahead to make sure I have childcare while I take care of myself. I was also told the service I wanted for my hands wouldn't be available, so I was dissapointed again, but I accepted whatever they offered since I needed something done. Anna did my hands, she was sweet although we couldn't speak at all. If you don't speak Portuguese dont plan on a conversation. Giving a 3-star rating for poor communication. Wish they would hav
