Coupon $17.00 bill was $35.00 Look good till I saw at home. Look a mess! Guy had ear buds in , never talked , rude! I never sat under light waited 30 minutes chair. Never finish me .said I was done. These negative ratings generally don't make sense this is the best nail shop I've ever gone to. My aunt comes to visit from Chicago and the only place she wants to go is here their service and talent is unmatched! I usually get a French manicure on my toes and nails their pedicures are extraordinary the massage is unmatched! They give free drinks and even egg rolls. The service is so great I tip at least $20 like seriously it's that amazing.

If you are looking for a place for self-care this is an amazing place to go . Their massage chairs are top notch and it's very peaceful . I've been to this place about 4x over the span of 2 years, and the nail techs even remember who I am. I'm a busy mom so getting a manicure of pedicure is always a treat. I have never been treated so kind at a nail shop. I have tipped them at least $20 each time and this last time I tipped him 50 because of how extraordinary the service was. They do a great job for me and my 18yo son who has the worst ugliest feet anyone will ever see with toenails that are like 1 in and they make his feet look like a whole new person's leg!

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! This man is the worse nail tech i have ever been to in 30 years of doing nails! I dont kmow his name but he was missing a front tooth. He simply does not know how to do nails at all. I had gel builder done here and the man who did my nails just added a coat of a totally different product onto what I had on. Not to mention while he was filing he cut me about 5 times. My nails looked terrible and were chipping after one day. Somehow this man tried to say it was my fault because I didnt request a 2nd top coat. What a joke! Since when do I have to teach the tech how to do nails! I went back again the next day to get my nails fixed and the correct gel builder product put on. Again, the man failed miserably to do my nails correctly. When I left they were lumpy and l

I will never return. I came on a Saturday with an appt. They were busy and I was rushed in between 20 minute bouts of waiting. He spent maybe a total of 10 minutes on my nails and that’s generous. The paint job is so bad! You can clearly see the layers between the color and top coat. He got a ton of polish on my skin and did the top coat layer so thick on my pinky, it burned to the point that I exclaimed and had to pull my hand out when it was curing. That has never happened to me before. He almost sent me home with scratchy, rough nails. I had to ask him to smooth them after curing. That same pinky had polish all over my skin, it started peeling that day. I went back the next morning and asked him to redo that nail. I was the ONLY person in the salon and he still rushed the whole thing.
