Bebe Nails (B.B. Nails)

I’m incredibly frustrated with the lady that in my nails the photo of the long blue nails is what I asked for, but I wanted them pink. I came in with nails about that length and she cut them all off. There is cotton pieces stuck under the polish creating a bumpy surface, she tried to do the lines on the nails like 20 times and couldn’t get it right. My nails are stuck to my finger. I am not happy. I don’t wish this experience on anyone.

Honestly I would give 0 stars but I don't have that option. I took my granddaughter there to get her nails done for her birthday. She had a picture of exactly what she wanted the only change was the color. What she ended up with looks nothing like what she wanted. She sat there getting more upset by the minute. So that part of her gift was a big disaster. Thank you for that. My granddaughter, daughter and I have all been there on a few occasions. Every time someone is disappointed. They don't listen or seem to care. This is the last time any of us go there again. If You want to have your nails done, my suggestion is.... Go somewhere ELSE!!!!

**Since it wont let me respond to the owner, Yes I accepted the fill and the horrible paint job because I had been there already for 2 hours and I had a meeting I needed to be at, like I told you. You did state that you were going to paint the nail to cover up the mess up and then come back and Rose will fix it for me and I "not pay". Your customers should always come first. If you mess up their nails, you should fix them. You would expect that if you went to a restaurant and they messed your food up, You would want them to fix it right?? You should see my nails now, how Rose let me walk out. Didn't buff them and you can see the ridges where she used the tool to take the gel off. HORRIBLE. Word of mouth will hurt a business fast. This has been my nail salon for 18 years and I already should have said - I love them!! Not going anywhere else. :-)

The lady did a great job! She took her time and made sure it was done correctly. I have very thin nails and requested the dremel not to be used on my actual nail. She accommodated and was very friendly and understanding about it. My nails look and feel great!
