This was my first experience. I got eyebrow threading and henna tint. First, I’d advise you to come about 15 minutes before your booked time if you make an appointment. My appointment was for 11:40 AM. I walked in at exactly that time and the tech was in the middle of someone else’s service. A woman who walked in at the same time as me did not have an appointment but was greeted before me because she was a regular and already familiar with the tech. My service wasn’t actually started until 12:00 PM. The eyebrow threading looked great. However, the henna tint did not take well. I believe the tech didn’t leave it on long enough; she may have been rushing because it got busy when three other walk-in’s arrived while she was servicing me and she was the only tech in during that time. My experience at Beaú iBrowz was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I stepped into the salon, I was greeted with such warmth and professionalism that I instantly felt comfortable and welcomed. A special mention goes to Gomati, who is truly the best when it comes to waxing and threading. She’s incredibly skilled, gentle, and attentive to detail. The pain was minimal compared to other places I’ve tried, and the results were flawless! Gomati made sure i was comfortable from strat to finish. Definitely a 10/10🤩❤️

I have been here a few times now and hadn’t really had a problem. My eyebrows didn’t come out exactly how I like them, but they also didn’t look horrible, so I went with it. Today was a frustrating visit. I had booked an appointment which I now realize doesn’t really mean anything to them. I walked in on time for my appointment and she had just started on a walk in. I booked an appointment for a reason, and ended up late to my next engagement due to her taking a walk in before me at my appointment time.

I’ve been coming to I Beau Brows for years, and every time I see Gomati, she does an amazing job on my eyebrows! The staff is always friendly, the space is clean, and the service is top-notch. 10/10 recommend!
