Beaver Barber Shop

Just got a haircut at Beaver Barbershop from my main man Jack! Every town needs a good little hometown barber shop that is integrated into the community! If you are looking for that summer trim, stop by and see Jack! My story could have taken a dark turn as I had crushed tacos last night and then polished off the remaining ones for breakfast. I was sitting in the chair, getting buzzed when my stomach rumbled. I held it in as long as I could! Jack was running the blow dryer, knocking the remaining hair off of me. Then it happened! The pressure relief valve let some gas escape! Jack was unbothered, he just pointed the blow , dryer toward my groin area to clear the air while he pretended to watch TV for about 15 seconds. Saved both of us a ton of awkward humiliation! The man is truly a profes

Ive been getting my son's hair cut here for awhile now. My husband also gets his hair cut here. I took my son in today around 2:50 and the woman working have us a weird look and asked what we needed. I told her my son needs his haircut and she said she only takes appointments and when I asked if the man was working today she said no and that he didn't cut longer hair. What??? My 10 year old son doesn't have long hair 🤣 I said "he always cuts his hair." We walked out and she immediately came behind us and put a black cover over the door. Never have I needed an appointment at this or any barber shop. Who knew someone would be so rude because we came into a barber shop for a haircut at 2:50 in the afternoon?? Guess we'll be going elsewhere from now on.

Ashley is the BEST hands down. She's great with all genders and types of hair. My son has special needs and she makes sure to take her time and make him comfortable so that he would not have such a bad experience in the chair. He was so scared the first time, now he gets excited to go! I highly recommend going here. It don't get any better!

I was visiting in West Virginia, and my girlfriend works in Beaver. I needed to get a hair cut and stumbled upon this wonderful place. When I entered the business I was greeted as if I was an old friend who just happened to come back. Ashley introduced herself when I arrived with a warm southern West Virginia hello. I felt at ease and had a wonderful experience. I definitely will be returning to see ashley, Kudos to a wonderful experience and a personal touch.

Great Personal service. I switched to this barber after another local shop butchered my hair. The female barber did an AWESOME recovery of my hair! Highly recommend her! Spent 32 yrs in service and know a great barber when I meet one.
