Beaute Palace has transformed my relationship with getting my nails done. The shop is gorgeous, clean, welcoming & comfortable. Every set I have gotten has been outstanding & lasts weeks. Both Lisa & Phola execute my vision even better than I imagined it. But what I love the most about Beaute Palace (and that’s REALLY saying something because I love my nails so much) is the environment that they create. Sometimes I think the world is deprived of good. But every time I leave the shop I feel more positive because I am reminded that love, compassion, grace, humor & connection are not and have never been finite resources. I'm new to manicures and I wanted to check this new nail salon out last summer. Despite my appointment it didn't seem they had an available nail technician at my appointment time. The woman who reluctantly agreed to do my nails was clearly annoyed, but I really wanted a fresh polish before my vacation, so I stayed. I wish I had left. She ended up damaging 8/10 cuticles while she was cleaning my nails. While my polish looked beautiful, I developed an infection on 8 out of 10 fingers due to her cutting me until I bled. I felt embarrassed to say anything since it was obvious that her skill or consideration for her clients was severely lacking. I'll never go back and I think my story should serve as a caution on the cleanliness and customer service at this salon.

Been going to Lisa for my nails for a couple years now. Definitely my nail girl she brings the vibes no matter what day you’re having and she always has positive energy. The other girls are just as nice and work oriented as well. The place is very clean and has a luxurious feel to make you feel pampered and really get your worth for a self care day in. 10/10 recommend. The prices are reasonable, the place is gorgeous clean and always a vibe. The workers and customer service is top tier, never have any complaints, highly suggest anyone that wants great service and quality come to this place.

As someone with sensitive nails, this was the best nail experience I've had! Nails came out exactly how I wanted. Great energy amongst everyone. Very considerate of their clients. Will deff be back!

My favorite nail place in years! The girls are amazing and always do such an amazing job on my nails. The vibe is relaxing and aesthetically pleasing. Can’t say enough good things!!!!
