Beautyville - Beauty Supply

My daughter's and I visited this store today arriving before closing time. I would have appreciated if the clerk had given us a heads up that they were approaching closing time when we walked in. Instead she waited until we were already browsing to ask if we needed help because they were closing, despite the fact that we were already inside while they were still open. She was completely dismissive and indifferent when I said we could just leave. I refuse to patronize a business that treats customers like a nuisance. If you want to feel like a valued customer, stay away from this store. This was a horrible experience and I will be letting the corporate office know as well.

This store was one of the first and only hair stores stores in the area that I would always shop with for all my hair care needs, but after my last visit I will never shop and spend my money with them again. I’ve only really encountered the man that works there, and he was always very kind and helpful, but today the woman is very rude and unkind, and she really hurt my feelings for no reason and I will no longer be shopping there. I can’t say it’s racism but it might be. When I came in she looked at me as if I was disgusting and when I asked her for help she was rude in her reply saying “can you just wait” it was the way she said it and her looks of disgust that made me feel uncomfortable. I love coming here to get my hair care products. I faithfully use Design Essentials for my daughter and me, and this store is always my go-to. The owners are so nice. They don't follow you around like many others do. They've always helped me and treated me with respect. Today I won an electric toothbrush from this store! I pray they stay around in Monroe forever. I've been shopping with them since it was J Beauty Supply and before then, Fashion Villa. Thanks for serving us in Monroe, GA!
