If I could I would give it a 0 star. Theses people follow you around in the store as if your a thief. They want you to buy from them but they make your shopping experience uncomfortable. Will not spend my hard earned money where you can’t trust my presence inside your establishment. Will tell my friends and family to boycott this business. Should have recorded how they follow and treat potential customers.

Beauty Smart was a new Beaty supply store that I never heard of before! They have everything I was looking for. The staff were very helpful and nice. They even asked if I was a stylist and would like to add my information next time I come to collect points! That was dope that they even asked, because most of the time you have to ask them for a discount being a stylist.

There are other better stocked beauty stores WITH better customer service. Their 14-day return policy is crap too.

Nice store, Nice employees! I would compare them to the Big Beauty World. 🌎 they are just a smaller store. Think they should have a sale they have a lot of inventory in the way. Makes it hard to see everything they have.

This is the one by Cook Road. Me and my 14 year old daughter went and the whole time the older lady behind the counter watches us--especially my daughter! Other than that, the store was well organized, reasonable prices and a nice size selection. I found it insulting as a Black, paying customer being treated like a potential criminal. We paid for our items then left. My daughter was quite upset.
