Went to Shayna for a haircut and it was a wonderful experience. She listened to all my concerns with my hair and gave advice where needed. She cut my hair in a way that I will be able to easily style on my own. The atmosphere of the salon was great, I was greeted with a smile and the waiting area was very comfortable. The stylists seemed to enjoy each other's company, saying hi to other clients coming in and it reminded me of Steel Magnolias in the best way possible. Definitely recommend going here.

I've only been to Shayna 3 times and I have to say I'm very disappointed in the foils that I received, that you can just about see and my haircut on my last visit to the salon. I don't want to get into to many details because I'm not into bashing people but I'm a new client to her and I will not be returning. I feel I could have been treated a little better as a new client and get the services that I wanted, not have someone in a hurry to get you out of their chair. It's to bad because I thought I found the right person that was a barber and a stylist because I have short very thick hair but not the case. I wouldn't go by anymore Google reviews.

Dorinda is great. She took a lot of time with my hair. My hair is very thick. I love it there.
