Met with Christy today. The session went well. Christy very confidently answered all my questions and you can tell she has a real love for this technology and what she does! I am looking forward to my next visit. The environment was very peaceful.

I have my first Thermalift here and Christy was wonderful! The process was quick and quite different from other skin treatments. I’m looking forward to my next visit and results. Her space is relaxing and fun. It’s located in the Phenix Salon suites and there is plenty of parking.

From the time I walked into Beauty.Calm, I felt relaxed, welcomed, and truly taken care of. The space is serene and perfect for unwinding and doing self-care! So soothing that I fell asleep in the short time I was receiving treatment 😀 But what truly sets this place apart is Christy. She's warm, knowledgeable, and explained every step of the process with care! She made sure that I was comfortable the entire time. I've completed about 4 treatments and can see and feel the results. I originally bought the Groupon deal to try it out, but ended up getting the package deal! I have been going here for over a year, as what started as a groupon ended up with me liking Christy so much I had other areas I wanted to work on. I saw such a huge difference in my areas she has treated that I continue to go and have signed up for "maintenance" like package. Christy is very professional, an absolute sweet and fun person who I look forward to see monthly. She knows what she is doing and will adjust or make changes to get the results you want .

Such a waste of time booking appointments here. Not happened once but twice. Drove 30 minutes to get there and 30 minutes going back home just to hear the lady “Oh I don’t have it on my calendar”. First, I booked for September 6, I went there on time. She isn’t there and I called. She told me it is not on her calendar. So we texted and re-booked for September 20. Second, I went there September 20 because I got rebooked, and now she tells me “Oh your booking is supposed to be September 6”. Idk if this lady has an amnesia or tripping with me. I went there September 6 and she’s not there and it’s clear as day that we re-scheduled for September 20. I didn’t even received a simple sorry or apologize. All I hear from her is “Oh it’s not on my calendar, it’s weird…” A refund is not even enoug
