It's the only place where I can find silicon tweezer scissor handles. Although some of them don't work properly, you could end up lucky to find one. The store is clean, the ladies are attentive and helpful. It's a small location and parking is difficult since it's in a busy corner of downtown, lowers the star count. They take credit card payments which is a plus.

Absolutely appalled. Lady working there grabbed my bag out of my hands while I was shopping with zero warning and started screaming about how it was "unusual" to bring a bag into a store. One item rang up for a different price than on the sticker, and the owner refused to honor the sticker price. If you check my profile, I've been to hundreds of stores and have NEVER had my bag physically ripped out of my hands while shopping. I will never support this establishment again. Of my 1400 reviews, consider this the worst one Ive ever written (Just to highlight the gravity of this).

Their products are okay, they don't have the good stuff, and they have about 3 girls working there that have no knowledge of the products they're selling, and just stare and follow you all over the store... ALL OF THEM.!! Now I know people steal all the time, but I've been shopping there for years, for my womanly things since they have good variety in that department, and still they follow and stare at me, not the best place to shop if you're already having a bad day, its a bit insulting. But their store is clean and organized with good prices if you don't mind dealing with that.

As soon as I entered the store, everyone began looking at me but I ignored them. Eventually I started to feel uncomfortable but still ignored it. I went to get shampoo ,nail polish and a lipstick. After I picked up these products this lady came up to me and accused me of taking multiple lipsticks and nail polish. I told her I didn’t and even showed all my products I have prior and she didn’t believe me. I kept explaining and showing her that I didn’t but it kept going. I eventually just put everything back and left the store.

My friend and I have been to this store multiple times and never had a problem. Today was the last time I ever go back. A tiny Chinese girl accused the only two dark skin girls in the store (us) of stealing. My friend let her look inside her purse to prove she wasn't stealing anything, then the girl changes her story and says my friend was thinking about stealing the products twice. I was watching my friend the entire time, speaking to her. The Chinese girl knew she was wrong because I respectfully was telling her the truth and she got mad at me. Also she was following us around the entire store from the time we walked in. Then she says she's going to call the police and I said please do, so we all can gather around the cameras and watch.
