Beauty Zone

I will never be coming back. I have been a loyal customer for about more than a year. There are much cheaper places around the area but at Beauty Zone they did an average job, that is until today. I went in on Tuesday to get my eyebrows done and there were only 2 available ladies that day: chair 1 and chair 9. I went to chair 9 and she started doing my eyebrows. Everything was going well. She showed me a finished eyebrow and it was okay. She then went on to the second eyebrow, trimmed and combed my eyebrows, and lastly applied the lotion. That usually means that she is done. Well, this lady kept going. I felt her threading above my eyebrow and she just continued. When she finished i realized she had made my eyebrows SIGNIFICANTLY thinner. Not only that but she also took a chunk of hair. It

Worst ever. Lady at chair #9 left my eyebrows uneven. One eyebrow was super thin. I literally felt like crying because I had grown out my eyebrows for a better shape & they messed them up. Never going back.

I walked in this morning and it was the worst mistake I could have done. An older lady took care of my eyebrows and did a horrible job. I didn't feel like arguing so I simply walked away. Stay away. They have no idea what they are doing.

Very friendly, I do my eyebrows with Resma 👍🏻. She does a great job. Love my eyebrows every time I get out of Beauty Zone. Highly recommend going there and asking for Resma.

DO NOT COME HERE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!. IF YOU WANT TO HAVE NO EYEBROWS MIGHT AS WELL JUST SHAVE THEM AT HOME AND SAVE YOUR MONEY. THE LADY IN CHAIR #9 IS HORIBLE!! HORRIBLE ATTITUDE I HAD BEEN GROWING MY EYEBROWS FOR OVER A YEAR AND I DECIDED TO GIVE IT A TRY HERE. WORST MISTAKE EVER. SHE LEFT ME WITH EXTREMELY THIN EYEBROWS I WANTED TO CRY! I STILL PAID AND SHE STILL WANTED A TIP. I CANNOT BELIEVE IT. THE LADY IN CHAIR #9 NEEDS TO BE FIRED !!!!! SHE HAD A HORRIBLE ATTITUDE AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.Go somewhere else
