Please note: This is a detailed review, shared to provide full context for others. I appreciate anyone who takes the time to read it. I visited Beauty Zone on 204th Street for an eyelash service. After the initial appointment, I noticed that the lashes were placed too low, which affected my vision. The following day, I contacted the technician Olivia to explain the issue. She told me that I should have said something before the glue dried, but during the appointment she had instructed me to hold my eyelids back. Because I was holding my lids back as directed, I had no way of seeing that the lashes would obstruct my vision until after they had already dried. I explained that the issue was not the placement location itself, but that the lashes were not pushed upward properly after applica

They do better then most in the Bronx but they are inconsistent. You roll the dice everytime you come to do your eyebrows here. Ps to the owners - people use google translate to understand what you’re saying so be very wise :)

Their service was terrible. I walked in and I was waiting for so long. and I was paying attention and the lady kept stopping to check her phone. not professional at all! I spent about 6 months growing out my eyebrows to the perfect thickness that I wanted it and I specifically told the lady I just wanted her to shape them up. but she absolutely ruined my eyebrows. She thinned them out so bad. its my birthday in two days and this Is an absolute disaster. im never returning to this place!

They do the eyebrows however they want and don’t listen to how you want it. They use to be good at it but idk maybe they got lazy. I wanted my eyebrows full, it’s been month’s since I got my eyebrows done and now they are really skinny. I have to let my brows regrow again. You guys need to listen to you’re customers. And wash you’re hands when you’re done with each customers. I wouldn’t be returning here ever again.

Terrible customer service. Olivia is rude and doesn’t care about her faithful customers. She’s quick to turn you away like she doesn’t care. On top of that, we are in a pandemic and she obviously can’t wear a mask when threading but she’s having conversations on the phone while doing that. Talk about all the saliva falling on your face while getting your eyebrows done. Place is unprofessional!
