The staff is not friendly. Neither the man or girl spoke to me. I asked for help and she did assist. They have a big variety of items and reasonable prices. I went for 2 items. The lipstick I purchased seemed dry. Hopefully it will still last. They don't have a good clothes selection. But the hair products look decent. I won't rush to go back but if I'm in the area I'll swing by.

I visited this establishment on sunday November 23. I was buying a couple packs of lashes. i get up to the register and the heavy older black lady at the register tells me i need to get .30 worth of items to use my cosmetology diccouny. at this point im already upset because what do you mean? Anyway, i went ahead and picked up another item. then the heavy black lady then asks for my name, address, and my phone number to use my discount and i’m like What ?!?! i’m a resident of locust grove and i don’t see the need in a beauty supply to have all my personal information especially considering i don’t live over here. Watch your prices they do change them at the register. Luckily the sockets were only .50 in a price difference, this makes me question what else they change prices on. And the others are marked.

BE AWARE!!! I definitely do not recommend shopping this location. I have shopped here for 5 years and this was my first time needing to exchange a product because it just was not a good product. if you purchase a product that’s not of good quality and open you can not return on their recipe it allow you to make exchange with in 3 days but if you open it you can not return it just like all the beauty supply flea markets.

They are shady here. My first experience involved a faulty nozzle on some foam I’d purchased. I had my receipt so I returned to Fayetteville 2 days later (25 minutes from home) to exchange it. I was well within the policy timeframe printed on the receipt to return/exchange. I arrived when they opened, explained the situation, showed my original and grabbed a new one. The young girl acted confused and called for the older woman to come. They looked at me like I was trying to steal it. I explained the situation again and she took the product I brought back and aggressively pumped it, and it some foam came out. Undeterred, I said I’d still rather exchange since I don’t want to deal with it not working again when I returned home. Mind you, I didn’t ask for my money back - just a new, working p
