Alyssa was amazing she. Is a cashier but came to help me on the wall for some hair when she saw it was busy and no one was coming to help. She also was great at recommendations and patient. She even gave me some recommendations for next time. Great customer service !

I have been in Beauty World several times for many years. However, I went in this evening to select a hair accessory, and I received the best customer service from Lashanda Rogers. She was so thorough and her suggestions were right on point and made my purchase a great one. I will certainly be back and asking for Lashanda!

Be careful! They charged me more for 20inch crotchet hair but the same exact brand/style at 26 inches cost less (it should have been the other way around). When I asked about the discrepancy, the manager told me “it is what it is” after refusing to come to the register to address it. The general staff was great & tried to accommodate but the manager at least is VERY shiesty!

Beauty world houses all things beauty from shampoo, conditioners, oils, braiding hair, wigs, cheap make up (no channel or MAC here) and accessories. It stays busy. There are sooooo many products on display, it can be overwhelming....pace yourself. I find their prices are a bit higher than other beauty stores but I like to get everything at once, from one place. I don't mind paying a little extra. I stock up on products and go once every few months.
