BEWARE: Today I bought what I thought was some unprocessed 100% human virgin hair. I get it home and tried to dye it and only one bundle was able to be dyed, the others would not dye using 50v developer and leaving it in for almost 2 hours. They are selling fibers NOT human hair !!

I love this store because it has everything I need as a stylist. Have been coming since they’ve opened. I have always been able to return or exchange extra hair if it was a color I rarely used, exchanged with no problem!! January 2025 he told me that they were no longer allowing that until an employee told me that he picks and chose who he stick to the policy with. Last week I watched a lady in front of me exchange hair so today I asked if I did not need the extra pack could I return it? The employee said to ask him because he does pick and choose who he allow to exchange. I said I know because I seen it first hand. Today the owner told me no and walked off. I nicely left the things and walked out. My question is what qualifications do you have to have to qualify? Or what should you look

Today is January 27th 2025. I just left the store. I spent a considerable amount of time browsing in the store, as most natural hair care connoisseurs who are ingredient conscious do, and I was approached by one of the store owners (Asian male) and asked if I needed help. I kindly told him no and explained that I was taking so long because I being thorough with my product selection. Despite my explanation, he proceeded to tell me that because of the extended period of time I spent in the store, he and his wife had a right to refuse service to me at anytime for any reason. I went to the register immediately after realizing that his approach was not hospitable and that I was suspected of having the potential to commit a crime. I don't normally complain about bad customer service because I deal with customers everyday being in Management. Please stop stealing from this store because I just got yelled at, treated like a dog. Do not remove those gray circular labels to read the ingredients in the bottles bc they said it's considered stealing. When I told the cashier I don't steal she gave me a look like yeah right. When someone accuse you of stealing and treat you as such there are laws in place for that. However I choose to let it go. But please stop taking from this store so that others that don't take wont be treated with disrepect.Being yelled at, forced to the front of store, other customers watching as if you're guilty, just embarrassing but bc I chose to forgive I will be back. I really like this beauty supply store, but what I dislike is the fact I was short 6 cents and when I reached to grab my bag and told the cashier that I was coming back she snatched my bag out of my hands and said oh I’ll wait for the money… Literally 6 cents that’s all I owed and I definitely wasn’t going to run off for 6 cents… I feel like the whole situation could’ve been handled differently and in more of a professional manner. Let me tell you something honey without customers you wouldn’t even be getting a paycheck, be considerate of others especially paying customers!
