I had a horrible experience today and quite shocked at how nasty the lady was. There is an Asian lady that stocks the shelves that acts as if it’s a pain to answer questions regarding prices and products in the store. I asked the price of a body oil and was quoted one price and advised it was $1 more at the register. That wasn’t my issue. The issue was the rude lady that barely wants to answer questions quoted the incorrect price and was really combative when I advised the cashier if what she had previously advised me. I ended up not buying the 3 pools which were $8.99 each solely based on her nasty attitude. I still spent $50 in the store only because I could not find my hair color at other hair stores. Today was my last time spending money in this establishment and I will advise my famil

When this store first opened I swore I wouldn't support them because of the bad customer service. Well I'm glad I decided to give them another chance. Mrs. Tee customer service was top tier!!! Her patience and willingness to help you find a wig just for you is unmatched 💪🏾

I really enjoy shopping there. The wigs are everything..I have a new bestie, the great customer service lady, Tee was a joy to be around and sge had a vast lnkwledge of all yhe wigs inc store. Because of her amazing service, Beauty World isy new favorite hair supply shop...Thanks, Tee!!!

Absolutely loved this place. My daughter needed wig stuff for a play, and so I went here. The store is huge! It's so clean and well stocked too! Very orderly with an incredible amount of variation in stock. Prices were great too. I'm just an older white dude who ran here to get something for his daughter, but I'll be going back to get whatever hair products I need. Great stuff for facial hair too!
