Ms. Troy personally picked out some hair for me that she claimed was 100% human and would curl for my boho braids. I paid $200 for some hair that was trash! It didn’t curl at all and was matted within a day. I had to use perm rods and dip the ends to get a little curl. Then when I came in to tell her about it, she was very rude on the phone. Told me to take my hair out and bring it back to her. I didn’t even use most of it. Customer service terrible! I will never come back.

I went to this store to find accessories for an 80s party because that's the type of items they carry. OVERPRICED, OLD FASHIONED, DUSTY, MATRONLY types of things. I was asked if i needed help then watched the entire time I shopped. I bout 6 items for a whopping $16. Once i was st the counter.she wanted to engage in small talk because SHE WANTED MY MONEY! "WE "ARE NOT WELCOMED HERE AND I REFUSE TO SPEND ANOTHER DOLLAR THERE. SN; THE MOM IS THE ISSUE. THE SON IS ALWAYS REALLY NICE.

It was great, they have so much to choose from with lots of hair products, clothing and shoes etc. Found a product I needed and, I love the way it made my hair looked

I just bought hair extensions and they wasn't the right size and I tried to exchange them but he wouldn't allow me to .😡🤬😡🤬😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

I've shipped at this location many times. Some experiences were not so great due to people but mostly friendly and helpful. Great prices and you can't beat em anywhere.
