Don’t recommend shopping here if you’re a person of color. They were profiling me and my mom. The man that own the store was walking all around the area me and my mom was in just because we were there mind you he wasn’t there when we got there. My mom wanted to purchase a wig but the color my mom wanted they didn’t have and if she wanted it she would have had to buy the one off the mannequin. The tag on the wig said $34.99…The girl that was helping us told her if you buy it they will give you 10 percent off she said she would confirm that with her boss she went back there and the took the tag off the wig and told her it was $45. It’s not about the price but principle don’t be trying to scam people. DO NOT SHOP WHERE YOU ARE NOT WANTED!!! DO NOT RECCOMMEND SHOPPING HERE.

Terrible customer service, it's bad enough they have EVERYTHING locked down so you have to keep going up to ask the person to get it for you but the attitude you get for asking? You guys locked it down. If you wanna make you life easier hire a GD security guard. I used to come here all the time when I live in Wilson but I'll stick to going to Tisun in Charlotte before I come here. On top of that they really don't have many options, you're better off going out of town. Or the beauty supply store on Airport.

Theyre nice and helpful and I always spend good money here but lately I feel like I’m being watched and that makes me feel rushed to buy something. Please don’t do that to regulars 😕

Before purchasing anything here please check the board as you pay up high. My receipt doesn't cover you can not return. You can't even exchange common sense unopened things. Not my place for beauty supplies.

Came in to get ponytail hair that was 22" not too expensive. Male owner watched us the whole while we were there no hello no nothing. When time to close I understand one wants to leave so usually do let call to bring your products up front. These people didn't. The male gentleman turned off music and went to the door to show people out. No saying thank you for coming, enjoy the rest of your day, NOTHING. Just rude for no reason. Would have given more stars if the woman there was better but she didn't say anything and when it was said that it was rude of the man in his actions, the woman didn't apologize or nothing. So I hold her just as responsible. They wanted our money but wanted us out in a hurry, the fact that he kept watching us offended and angered us and if another store was opened
