I wish I could give a ZERO review. The manager closes 20 minutes early on a Friday and offers no reason besides " i want to go home" She says her brother owns the shop so she can do what she feels. Do not come here! They don't care about their customers!

The lady at the cashier told me that my card declined but on my cash app statement it said that the purchase was pending.. $69.05 of my money she took & she didn’t give me my money back or give me the stuff that I paid for.. I always shop here but not no more. She was so rude about it, smh like it was her money that was took..

DONT SHOP HERE. Rude female owner tried to change the price of 5 packs of hair up two dollars each to 11.99 from 9.99, claiming that "a customer must have marked those prices". I picked out 7 packs and was trying to point out that two pack had been missed in the markdown. When I only wanted the 5 packs marked 9.99, she refused to sell them to me. I almost tripped over her 2-3 year old grandson that was allowed to free roam the checkout area playing with combs as I tried to leave as soon as possible.

Scammers! Always check your prices! This business charged my card twice on prior purchases. Bring the old group back these new people are unprofessional.

If I could give zero stars I would. The female owner has no reculection of where her products are located. It's cluttered and the female owner was extremely rude. You would be better off driving to Mt. Olive, Jacksonville, Kinston or Greenville. Better yet, order online. I would NEVER step foot in this unorganized property again. It's not worth the trouble.
