Lexie did my color & cut. They booked me in for a 5pm appointment & I was the last person there when we finished so not sure if they rushed but still not okay. The color was fine but I showed her a picture in the beginning of the layers I wanted & advised her specifically not to cut any length off. I showed her a pic to be clear she was capable of doing what I wanted and she said she was however she ended up cutting off all my hair. After completely chopping the length off, she then had the owner come over to fix it cuz she said she “did not know how to cut the layers I wanted”. I have been meaning to review Beauty Unleashed for so long (I am not one to write reviews) and I am finally doing it because of my experience last week. I have been coming here since I moved to Nazareth 2 years ago and NOT ONCE have I left the salon unhappy. I now bring all my children to see Leann and I have a teenage boy who is VERY picky about his hair! Leann takes so much time to make sure he is ok with every cut she makes. She goes above and beyond. Last week I called with a hair emergency, my daughter had the WORST knot and I thought I needed to cut her beautiful long curly blond hair but Leann and Jenna not only squeezed us in, but spent over TWO hours getting it out, saving her beautiful locks. I walked in and was treated like an old friend by staff and the ladies already in their chairs. They talked to me about what I wanted and I walked out with exactly what I asked for at a price that was very reasonable.
