Fredia is a very kind person, but pretty unreliable when it comes to getting in contact with you about canceling your appointment I live pretty far away and my appointment was canceled 36 minutes before the actual appointment. I was texted that she was not gonna make it and could I reschedule for a few hours later thankfully I had not left my house and gone to the appointment because I hadn't heard from her after texting her for a few days trying to confirm the appointment. We finally came up with a time that worked. I went to the appointment later that afternoon my hair was braided. The parts are all completely uneven, I ended up getting a lot of bumps in my hair due to the braids being so tight and redness I'm extremely concerned about my edges...I texted Fredia and it's been eight days

Freida is amazing, knowledgeable, welcoming, encouraging. It was my first time getting extensions and I was nervous but she calmed my nerves and she did a more than awesome job. I loved my extensions that I became a return customer. Call her if you want extensions....I dare you!

I always get my hair done by Freida and I always leave her shop feeling fabulous and beautiful. She is a perfectionist when it comes to her work and it definitely shows! I’d highly recommend because not only is her work great so is her personality! It’s a fun experience overall so she’s my go to hair stylist!

Freida is talented, professional and warm hearted. She has made my hair grow and very healthy. She doesn’t treat you like cattle- she cares!. She takes her time and gets it right!
