Customer service was great Keisha and Rosa was a great help find A particular hair for my mother thank you. But cashier was didn’t Want to give 10% discount to first time customer only on Particular items shame shame shame.

This shop is the best.. Roxy is the best and my hair looks incredible every time. She is very friendly and makes the time fly by. Come by to get your hair done she does a lot of different things!!!!

This is ridiculous. I am sitting outside waiting, and it’s 30 minutes past the opening time. I wanted to grab something for my daughter before I took her to school, but it was an epic fail. Never going back there. If there has been a time change, customers should know. Plenty of customers came, and went.

I only put one start because that’s the only way I’m able to right my review I had the worst customer service here I came their to shop and the African woman I believe she works there watch me in every single row I went in made me feel so uncomfortable like I was trying to steal something the whole time she watched me while I was in the store. Then when I went to pay for the stuff at the cashier and I asked the cashier about it her reply is well “she works here” and she straight up called me liar and she laughed.I told them both I won’t come their again because they made me very uncomfortable their reply was well okay.

I've shopped at this store several times. Each time the Associates were professional and courteous. My only issue is that I wish the owner would open earlier. Several times I wanted to support this business but was told that they open at 11am. I owned a business before and know how difficult it is to find good reliable help. I will continue to shop there and refer people and hope that you are eventually blessed with a reliable staff. Love & Peace!
