They are very rude and very racist. I walked into the store and I wasn’t greeted which didn’t necessarily bother me. I saw a man trying to return a defective item he purchased from the store, he had the receipt in hand. The clerk refused to look at the receipt. She then preceded to essentially call him a liar and tell him the product is perfectly fine. Then she starts speaking about the man while gesturing to him in another language to the other lady which is extremely unprofessional. I get to the counter to conduct my business and the lady was very rude and dismissive towards me because she was irritated with the previous encounter, once I pointed out that I was a regular customer and her maltreatment of me was wrong she preceeded to tell me she didn’t care and said something to the effe

Small store but has the basics of what you would need. There is a credit card fee on purchases

They were good until this year. Looks like they have new owners now. There isn’t much of a selection of hair, jewelry, make up, hair supplies etc. anymore. So now I have to go across town to get what I need. But the staff is nicer and tries to help. Just need the same stock the previous owner had.

don’t buy their hair none of their hair is human they get no customers, service is horrible,

They don't want you to touch the hair to feel the texture the store barely has any room to move around and the people are pressed to get you to buy and leave quickly its not a good place to get hair if you want human because its mostly old school synthetic hair
